Does tiero apply to jobs for you?

No. tiero is not an auto-apply tool. It helps you organise the applications you choose to make and prepare properly for each stage of them.

No. Every user gets the same product with every feature available, whether they pay or not. A paid plan increases how many applications you can run at once; it does not unlock features. Neither theory is silly. Which one is right depends almost entirely on what kind of roles you are going for.

Common questions

Does tiero auto-apply to jobs like AIApply?: No, deliberately. Graduate schemes ask long, specific written questions and then put you through assessment centres and final interviews. An automatically submitted application does not help you at any of those stages, and generic answers are the main reason strong candidates get rejected early.
Is AIApply worth it for graduate schemes?: It depends on your roles. AIApply is built for volume, which works when applications are short and similar. UK graduate schemes are the opposite: a handful of long applications, each with several assessed stages. That is the case tiero is built for.
How much does AIApply cost compared to tiero?: As of August 2026, AIApply's plans start around $29 per month, and auto-apply credits are bought separately on top, with each credit covering one application. A common complaint in reviews is that the headline plan does not include auto-apply. tiero is free to start.
What do you actually get on tiero without paying?: All of it. tiero does not hold features back for paying users. The cover letter coach, application questions, video practice, assessment centre practice and the final interview simulator are the same whether you pay or not. What a paid plan changes is how many applications you can run at once. We built it this way because a student who cannot pay is exactly the student who needs the preparation most.
Can I use both?: Yes, and for some people that is the sensible answer. If you are applying broadly to standard roles as well as chasing a few graduate schemes, using a volume tool for the former and tiero for the latter is a reasonable split.
