2. Description of the Service

tiero is an online application designed to assist users with creating job application content, including cover letters and application responses, using AI-powered tools.

The Service is intended to support users in drafting content but does not guarantee outcomes such as job offers, interviews, or application success.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use tiero.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.

4. Free & Pro Plans

tiero offers:

• A Free plan, which allows limited usage
• A Pro subscription, billed at £4.99 per month, which provides unlimited access to application generation features

Plan features and limits may change over time. Any changes will be communicated within the Service.

5. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• Your Pro access will remain active until the end of your current billing period
• You will not be charged again after cancellation
• Your account will revert to the Free plan at the end of the billing period

Refunds are not automatic and are handled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful information
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or subscription restrictions
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use tiero to generate content that is abusive, discriminatory, or violates the rights of others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload or generate using tiero.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any content generated by the Service before use.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

tiero uses AI systems to generate application content based on user input.

AI-generated content:

• Is provided "as is"
• May contain inaccuracies or require editing
• Should not be relied upon as professional, legal, or career advice

You use AI-generated content at your own discretion and risk.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the tiero Service, including its design, branding, and software, remain the property of tiero.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without prior written permission.

10. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time without liability.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service:

• If you violate these Terms
• If required by law
• To protect the integrity or security of the Service

You may stop using the Service at any time.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• tiero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We do not guarantee results from using the Service
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to tiero in the 12 months preceding the claim

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
