Give your students the part of the journey nobody else covers
Most careers software stops at the CV. tiero picks up from there: every live application tracked in one place, and practice for assessment centres and final interviews, free for your whole cohort.
In short
tiero is free to use and live today, open to any student who signs up, with or without their university's involvement. A pilot with your careers team is not what switches on that access. It is how we build a relationship with your institution: a named contact, visibility into how your cohort is using it, and a way to point students at tiero officially. Every feature, including interview and assessment centre practice, is on the free account already. It is built to cover the stages of the graduate application process that CV-scoring tools typically do not reach. If your institution wants Pro accounts for the cohort, for example to raise tracking limits, that is a separate conversation.
Why careers teams pilot tiero
Coverage CareerSet doesn't have
Most institutional tools stop at the CV and the appointment booking. tiero covers the whole journey after that: tracking every live application, assessment centre practice and final-round rehearsal, which is where students actually get stuck.
Every feature, every student
tiero does not put features behind a paid tier. Every student in your cohort gets the full product on a free account, including interview and assessment centre practice. Pro accounts raise limits, such as how many applications a student can track at once. They do not unlock anything the free account can't already do.
A read on where your cohort is stuck
See where students are getting through, and where they are falling: which stages, which application types, which weeks are busiest. Useful for your own reporting, and for knowing where to put your team's time.
Built by people close to the problem
tiero is built for the applicant's actual week, not for what a procurement checklist measures. That shapes what gets built next, and it is why students keep using it after the novelty wears off.

Common questions from careers teams
- Is there a cost to this?
- No. Students already have free access to tiero, with or without your institution's involvement. A pilot with your careers team costs nothing either. It is how we open a relationship: a named contact, and visibility into how your cohort is using it.
- How is this different from CareerSet or a CV-scoring tool?
- Those tools are strong on CV and application feedback, and that is genuinely useful. tiero is built around what happens after the CV: tracking many live applications, and preparing for assessment centres and final interviews, which is where most institutional tools have little or nothing.
- Do you put features behind a paywall for students?
- No. Every student gets the full product on a free account, whether your institution is involved or not. If your institution later wants Pro accounts for the cohort, for example to raise tracking limits, that is a separate conversation and not something a pilot requires.
- Can students use tiero without our institution's involvement?
- Yes. tiero is free and live for any student already. A pilot with your careers service is not what switches on their access, it gives your team visibility and a direct line to us instead.
- What data do we see as a careers team?
- Aggregate, anonymised usage patterns, not individual student answers or private data. The pilot is set up to give your team a useful read on cohort engagement without compromising student privacy.
- What about Pro accounts or bulk licences?
- That is a separate conversation from the pilot. If your institution wants to fund Pro accounts for your whole cohort, for higher tracking limits, get in touch and we will talk it through separately.
