- Those tools are strong on CV and application feedback, and that is genuinely useful. tiero is built around what happens after the CV: tracking many live applications, and preparing for assessment centres and final interviews, which is where most institutional tools have little or nothing.
- Do you put features behind a paywall for students?
- No. This is a deliberate choice, not an oversight. Every student gets the full product, whether your institution funds it or the student signs up directly. We do not think a student's access to interview preparation should depend on their university's budget.
- Can students use tiero without our institution's involvement?
- Yes, tiero is also available directly to any student. A pilot with your careers service gives your team visibility and a relationship with us, but it is not the only way your students can already be using it.
- What data do we see as a careers team?
- Aggregate, anonymised usage patterns, not individual student answers or private data. The pilot is set up to give your team a useful read on cohort engagement without compromising student privacy.
