tiero vs Careerflow: which one actually fits you
Careerflow is an all-in-one career copilot: LinkedIn optimisation, a resume builder, application autofill, a tracker and mock interviews, bundled into one workspace and used by over a million job seekers.
It is a genuinely broad product. The question worth asking is which parts you can actually reach without paying, because the answer shapes whether it is useful to a student.
The short answer
Careerflow is a broad, polished all-in-one tool aimed at job seekers generally, and it is US-centric. Its free tier covers LinkedIn optimisation, a basic resume builder and job tracking capped at 10 jobs, while its AI mock interview and interview analysis sit on the top Premium Plus plan at $44.99 per month. tiero takes the opposite approach to tiering: every feature, including the interview and assessment centre practice, is available to every user regardless of payment, and a paid plan only raises how many applications you can run. tiero is also built specifically for UK graduate schemes rather than the general job market.

Careerflow is the better fit if
- You want LinkedIn profile optimisation, which they do well and we do not do at all.
- You have enough experience that a full-featured resume builder is useful rather than daunting.
- You are applying in the US market and want autofill for Workday, Greenhouse and Lever.
- You want one subscription covering many job-search tasks and are happy to pay for the top tier.
tiero is the better fit if
- You want interview practice without it being locked behind a $44.99 plan.
- You are applying to UK graduate schemes rather than the general US job market.
- You are early enough in your career that a resume builder built for experienced hires feels overwhelming.
- You need assessment centre and final-round preparation, which Careerflow does not cover.
- You are tracking more than ten applications and do not want to hit a cap.
Common questions
- Is Careerflow free?
- Partly. The free tier includes LinkedIn optimisation, a basic resume builder with ATS scoring, autofill and job tracking capped at 10 jobs. The AI mock interview and interview analysis, which are the features most people want when an interview is coming up, are on the Premium Plus plan at $44.99 per month. Premium sits in between at $23.99 per month.
- How is tiero's pricing different?
- tiero does not put features behind plans at all. Every user gets the cover letter coach, application questions, video practice, assessment centre practice and the final interview simulator. What a paid plan changes is how many applications you can run at once. We chose this because gating preparation behind a subscription mostly excludes the students who need it most.
- Is Careerflow good for graduates?
- It is usable, but it is not built for them. It is US-centric, and reviews and our own testing suggest the resume builder assumes a candidate with a fair amount of experience, which makes it heavy going for a final-year student. tiero is built specifically around UK graduate schemes and their assessment stages.
- Does tiero have a browser extension or LinkedIn tool?
- No to both, and Careerflow is genuinely ahead of us here. If autofill and LinkedIn optimisation are your priority, they are the better tool for that job.
