Yes. tiero is free to start, and the free plan covers the whole journey: the tracker, Discover, cover letters, application questions, and the video interview, assessment centre and final interview practice. Two things are limited on the free plan: you can add 25 new applications a month, and there is a monthly allowance of AI help, which is enough for roughly eight to fifteen complete applications depending on how much you lean on it. Both reset at the start of each month, and nothing you have already made is ever taken away or locked when it runs out. Pro is £4.99 a month, lifts both limits, never meters your AI and adds Writing style, which learns how you write from your old cover letters so new ones sound like you. There is no per-application charge, you do not need a card to sign up, and you can cancel at any time.

Discover, the list of open UK roles inside the app, labels each listing with its type, including internships, industrial placements and insight programmes such as spring weeks. You can add those in one press, or type in any role you found elsewhere.

tiero drafts them, from your own experience rather than a template, and you finish them. It reads the job description and draws on your Experience Library, the jobs, projects and situations you have saved, to draft cover letters and answers to questions like "Why do you want to work here?". Competency answers use STAR where it fits, and each answer is cut to the form's word count. Every draft is a starting point for you to edit before you submit.

We do not claim tiero's writing will pass an AI detector. Detectors get it wrong in both directions, so nobody can honestly promise that. What usually gives an application away is the phrasing and the lack of anything specific. tiero writes against Wikipedia's published list of signs of AI writing and builds answers from your Experience Library, the jobs and situations you have recorded, so the draft has detail only you could supply. Then you edit it.

tiero practises the format HireVue and other one-way platforms use: a question on screen, a count-in, a time limit and nobody on the other end. The questions are generated for the role you applied to. You answer on camera for up to two minutes, watch yourself back and get feedback on what you said, with as many retakes as you want. tiero is not connected to HireVue and does not copy its screens. The video stays in your browser; only a transcript of your answer is sent for feedback.

tiero helps with the two parts of an assessment centre that are hardest to prepare for alone: the group exercise and the presentation. You get a prep pack for the group exercise, and a presentation builder that drafts slides and speaker notes for the employer you actually applied to. tiero does not cover case studies, in-tray exercises, situational judgement tests or aptitude tests, so you will want other practice for those.

The Final Interview Simulator asks five questions back to back, with one attempt at each and no retakes, because you do not get retakes in a real final round. Three of the questions are written for the role you applied to and two come from a standard pool of final-round questions. At the end you get a coaching report on structure, evidence and whether you actually answered the question. It works for partner interviews too, though there is no partner-specific mode.

No. tiero is not an auto-apply tool and never submits anything on your behalf. It keeps track of the applications you choose to make and helps you prepare for each stage of them. That is deliberate: auto-apply tools optimise for volume, and tiero is built for doing fewer applications properly.

tiero uses your CV and the details you add only to run the features you ask for. Your data is not shared for advertising, and tiero does not claim ownership of anything you upload or write. Payments go through Stripe. In video interview practice the recording never leaves your browser; only a transcript of your answer is sent for feedback. You can ask for your account and data to be deleted at any time through the support form.
