Until now tiero picked up after you had already found the job. You found it somewhere else, pasted the link in, and tiero took it from there.
Now the jobs are in the app. Discover is a list of open UK graduate schemes and roles, soonest deadline first, and adding one to your pipeline takes a single press.
Cut it down to what you would actually apply for
Three filters. Location, across thirteen UK regions. Industry, from engineering and banking through to law, media and the public sector. Deadline, which is the one that matters in September: closing in seven days, closing this month, or the next three months.
Search runs across company, role and location at the same time, so "Rolls" and "Bristol" both work.

Every card keeps its links
A card shows the company, the job title, the location and the closing date, with anything inside seven days counted down in orange so you can see what is about to go.
Underneath are the links. One goes to the full listing, which is where the description and the requirements are. The other goes to the employer's own site, or straight to their application page where we have it. tiero does not copy a job description into a catalogue and call it ours, so the link is how you read the detail, and it is one click away rather than a search.
Add, and stay where you are
Press Add and the role lands in your pipeline. The card turns into "Added", the count goes up, and you carry on scrolling. No new tab, and nothing throws you into a workspace after every one.
The company, the role title, the location, the deadline and the listing link all travel across with it. So the application is already set up the next time you open it, and the cover letter, the application questions and the interview practice all have something to work from.
Where it sits
Discover is in the app, next to your pipeline. Every account has it, free or paid, same as everything in tiero. A paid plan changes how many applications you can run at once and nothing else.
Go and find something that closes on Friday.
