Subscription & Cancellation

tiero offers a Free account, which includes every feature of the Service subject to a limit of 25 new applications per calendar month and a monthly allowance of AI-assisted generation, and a Pro subscription billed at £4.99 per month, which removes the application limit and is not subject to a monthly AI allowance.

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. When you cancel:

• Your Pro access will remain active until the end of your current billing period
• You will not be charged again after cancellation
• At the end of the billing period, your account will revert to the Free plan
• Your applications, saved answers, cover letters and notes are retained in full. Reverting to the Free plan changes your AI allowance and does not delete anything you have created

Cancellations can be managed directly through your account using the subscription management option.

Refunds

tiero does not offer automatic refunds.

Refunds may be considered at our discretion, on a case-by-case basis. We encourage users to cancel their subscription if they no longer wish to continue, as cancellation prevents future charges while allowing access until the end of the billing period.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, you may submit a request via our support form. Each request will be reviewed individually, and any approved refunds will be processed manually.

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be issued.

When submitting a request, please include:

• The email address associated with your tiero account
• A brief description of the issue
• Any relevant details that may help us review your request

We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Free Accounts & No Free Trial

tiero does not offer a free trial of the Pro subscription. Users may create a Free account, which includes every feature subject to an application limit and a monthly AI allowance, and may choose to upgrade to Pro at any time to remove those limits.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
