Subscription & Cancellation

tiero offers a Free account with limited functionality and a Pro subscription billed at £4.99 per month, which provides unlimited access to application generation.

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. When you cancel:

  • Your Pro access will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged again after cancellation
  • At the end of the billing period, your account will revert to the Free plan

Cancellations can be managed directly through your account using the subscription management option.

Refunds

tiero does not offer automatic refunds.

Refunds may be considered at our discretion, on a case-by-case basis. We encourage users to cancel their subscription if they no longer wish to continue, as cancellation prevents future charges while allowing access until the end of the billing period.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, you may submit a request via our support form. Each request will be reviewed individually, and any approved refunds will be processed manually.

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be issued.

How to Request Support or a Refund Review

To raise a billing issue, complaint, or refund request, please use the support form available on our website.

When submitting a request, please include:

  • The email address associated with your tiero account
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Any relevant details that may help us review your request

We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Free Accounts & No Free Trial

tiero does not offer a free trial of the Pro subscription. Users may create a Free account to access limited functionality and may choose to upgrade to Pro at any time for unlimited access.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
