Application Pipeline

Every graduate application, on one board

Track every scheme, placement and internship through its stages, from the first form to the offer. Deadlines stop sneaking up on you because the board tells you what is due before it bites.

Included for every user. tiero does not put features behind a plan.

In short

The tiero application pipeline is a board that tracks every graduate job application you have live, moving each role through stages as it progresses: applied, online assessment, video interview, assessment centre and final interview. It replaces the spreadsheet most students end up keeping, and unlike a spreadsheet it holds the deadline, the notes and the preparation for each stage in the same place as the application itself.

Twenty applications is where the spreadsheet breaks

One or two applications, you can hold in your head. By application fifteen, with different deadlines, different assessment formats and rolling responses arriving weeks apart, you are managing a project rather than filling in forms. Most students end up with a spreadsheet, a folder of documents and a browser full of tabs.

The failure mode is rarely a bad application. It is a missed deadline, a video interview you did not know closed on Friday, or an assessment centre you had four days to prepare for and found out about with one. Those losses are entirely avoidable and they hurt more than a rejection on merit.

A board fixes this because it shows the shape of your search, not just its contents. You can see the four applications stuck at the same stage, the week where three deadlines land together, and the roles you have quietly stopped chasing.

How it works

  1. Add a role

Add an application with its deadline and the stage it is at. It appears as a card on the board straight away.

  2. Move it as it progresses

Drag the card between stages as you hear back. The board updates its counts, so the shape of your search is always current.

  3. Keep everything on the card

Notes, the job description, uploaded documents and your saved answers stay attached to the role rather than scattered across folders.

  4. Prepare from the same place

When a role reaches a video interview or assessment centre, the practice for that stage is one click from the card, not a separate tool.

What you get

  • A drag-and-drop board covering every stage from application to offer
  • Deadlines attached to each role, surfaced before they land
  • Notes, links and uploaded files stored per application
  • Saved cover letters and answers kept with the role they belong to
  • A view of closed and rejected applications, kept separately
  • Stage-by-stage counts so you can see where things are stalling
  • Practice for each stage reachable from the application itself
  • Unlimited features on every plan, with only application volume limited

Common questions

Is the application tracker free?
Yes. Every tiero feature is available on the free plan, including the pipeline. A paid plan raises how many applications you can run at once; it does not unlock capabilities. We do not gate features.
How is this different from a spreadsheet?
A spreadsheet stores what you typed into it. The pipeline understands the stages of a UK graduate application, holds the deadline and the notes on the same card, and connects each stage to the preparation for it. When a role reaches an assessment centre, the practice for that is attached to the role rather than sitting in a different tool.
Does it track internships and placements too?
Yes. Anything with a deadline and stages fits: graduate schemes, summer internships, placement years, spring weeks and off-cycle roles.
Does tiero apply to jobs for me?
No. tiero is not an auto-apply tool. It helps you organise the applications you choose to make and prepare properly for each stage of them.
